WARTHOG The Warthog's™ rotating jets follow a helical path down the
pipe wall, much like the threads on a bolt. So the entire surface
can be cleaned with as few as two powerful jets. The result is streak-free
cleaning that passes the most demanding inspection. With stationary
jets, the only way to avoid streaks is to use more jets. The more
jets in a nozzle; the less power is available for each. Controlled Rotation Means Powerful Results Fewer more powerful,
rotating jets with off-center boring jet to deliver more power to
restore easy-draining to sewers. Warthog power means faster cleaning,
less water, less waste, and less-frequent jetting. Effective on
sand, silt, scale, soap deposits, grease, debris, and roots. Unlike other rotating jet sewer nozzles, the Warthog's™ viscous
fluid governor slows rotation to about 10 MPH along the wall, preserving
jet quality and maximizing cleaning power. Un-governed rotating
nozzles can spin as fast as 10,000 rpm. At that speed, the jets
are moving nearly 360 MPH along the wall of a 12 inch diameter line.
It's too fast, and destroys jet quality and hitting power. Manhole
Restoration Infiltration of storm water into sewer systems overloads
treatment facilities causing effluent flows to exceed permitted
levels. Manholes are a major cause for the problem. The Warthog™
Nozzle can be used for manhole clean-up preparation for repair,
coating, or lining. The nozzle head on the Warthog™ is replaced
with a special head with extension nipples that clean the vertical
walls, bottom, and upper areas of the manhole. The hydraulic hose
reel on the jetter is used to stroke the nozzle from top to bottom
. A heavy steel guard protects the operator from hazardous jets
in case the nozzle is moved too far up and out of the manhole.

Grenade Bomb Nozzles
The Grenade-Bomb is the most
versatile of all standard enz golden jet® pipe-cleaning tools. The
Standard Grenade-Bomb provides two rings of jets arranged at 10° and
30° respectively. The result is a combination of a strong thrusting
force with an effective flushing and cleaning action. For extra cleaning
effect the 30° jet row can be equipped with FanJet®Ceramic Inserts.
For extra flushing effect the 10° jet row is equipped with JetMax®Ceramic
Inserts. Due to the use of hardened stainless steel, Enz Genade Bombs
are extremely wear resistant. The water reversal section is designed
and machined for lowest possible pressure loss. For extra flushing
effect, enz golden jet® Grenade Bombs are available with all jet inserts
arranged at 10° or 15° respectively. Combined with JetMax®-Ceramic
inserts, the flushing performance of these nozzles is unsurpassed.
