Golden Jet Percussion Milling Cutters

The enz golden jet® Percussion Milling Cutters range from 4" to 24" pipe diameter. In many cases, the use of a Percussion Milling Cutter is the only alternative to digging up pipes under foundations or roads. Enz golden jet® Percussion Milling Cutters are specifically designed to remove stubborn deposits like concrete, injection cement, as well as calcareous and mineral deposits. They are equipped with tungsten carbide and/or diamond tipped teeth. They work with a percussion system of 600 – 3000 impulses per minute and up to 8900 lbs. of impact force. If required, the percussion function can be bypassed by means of a simple mechanical change over. As with all enz golden jet® tools, the Percussion Milling Cutters use ceramic jet inserts for forward thrust and rotation. The elimination of hydraulic motors ensures years of trouble free operation and reduces maintenance, to the periodic replacement of the percussion cam/spring sets. Max. Working Pressure: 2000 PSI
