June 1st, 2007 marked our first year of our new ownership under the name of Owen Equipment Company. This wasn't just a change of ownership, it has been a change of attitude! Milestones include:
- hosted "Demo-Days" in September of 2006 where hundreds of attendees had hands-on access to a multitude of products and training in sewer cleaning and street sweeping equipment and accessories (see unedited photos of events in Pasco, Kent and Portland)
- increased our in-stock parts to over $500,000.00 of inventory
- We've moved our Kent location to a more fully-functional customer service location
- significantly increased our attendance at industry trade-shows - supporting many industry associations
- built a rental inventory of Elgin & Vactor products to over 1.5 million with straight rental terms or rent-to-own. Now customers have a choice of renting NEW late model equipment, not someone else's trade machine!
- we have Demo fleet in stock and ready to show you how the newest product lines will work on your site. To schedule a free on site demo just call either our Kent or Portland office.
- We have hired a full staff of mechanics and provided them with Factory training to ensure that your machines is serviced according to factory specs and on time.
- We have expanded our product lines to better service you. New products include Holder tractors and Triple-L trailers, and we've extended our involvement with PowerBoss, Green Machine and US Jetting. We will continue to add products that fit with our customer base, but we will only represent the best you can buy.
