Igloo Trailer

The IGLOO trailer is a belt spreader for towing behind pick-up trucks and tractors. The spreader is available in three hopper sizes, 800 - 1100 or 1400 liters - made of either stainless or normal steel.

The spreader is also available with a pre-wetting system, which automatically reduces the dry matter consumption by 30%.

All three trailer sizes feature 2 axles, suspension and overrun brakes, thus allowing registration and operation at speeds up to 70 km/h (according to Danish regulation).

By means of a 2-axle trailer excellent road-holding qualities are achieved, and the spreader is insensitive to the unevenness of road surfaces.  The IGLOO trailer features both width and quantity compensation as well as road-speed relation.  Basic adjustment of the dosing is performed mechanically at the dosing gate.
